 Class Timetable

All GOLD and Fitness Passport members have unlimited access to group training classes. Casual visits are available for purchase at reception — $20 per class or $10 for Open Gym members. No booking required, just arrive at least five minutes before the session begins.

 

THROWDOWN (TD)

BURN

Get ready to light up your workout with Burn — the high-intensity, full-body challenge that will leave you drenched in sweat and feeling empowered.

With dynamic resistance sequences woven into every session, you'll engage your muscles in new and exciting ways, maximizing your caloric burn and building strength from head to toe.

BUILD

Transform your physique and unleash your inner strength with Build — our signature weights class designed to sculpt lean, toned muscle while increasing your strength. 

Each Build session is carefully programmed to challenge your body and deliver results, with a mix of timed intervals, sets and reps. 

Our expert trainers focus on proper form and technique throughout the machines and free weights helping you build a strong foundation for every movement and maximise your results.  

Build is more than just a workout — it's an education in strength and physique concepts, empowering you to master the skills you need to transform your body and achieve your goals one rep at a time.

 

POWER 

Love to squat, bench and deadlift? Well this is the class for you!

A slower paced, strength-based class that has all your needs with a heavy focus on technique and safe lifting. 

Already a powerlifter? You're still invited! We will watch over, advise and help you while you train!

 

CORE STRENGTH

 Join us on the floor for a core workout to align and strengthen your abdominal muscles, lower back muscles and muscles around the pelvis.

The benefits of this class include injury prevention, reduction of back pain, improved lifting techniques, balance, stability, and posture, as well as improved athletic performance. Please bring your own yoga mat (spares available).

 

BOOTY PROJECT

Time to grow that 🍑!  

Our strength and hypertrophy training class designed to grow your glutes and build strength in your compound movements.

Squat, deadlift, and hip thrust your way to a stronger, more shaped lower body with our expertly designed program. With a focus on correct technique and movement, you'll isolate and activate your glutes like never before, achieving optimal growth and activation. 

Booty offers a challenging and fun workout that will leave you feeling confident and empowered!

 

MOBILITY

Whether you're looking to improve your athletic performance or simply move with greater ease in your everyday life, Mobility offers a dynamic and transformative workout that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed. 

Our expert instructors will guide you through exercises that target your entire body, helping you to achieve optimal flexibility, balance, and strength. With a focus on proper alignment and technique, you'll learn how to move with fluidity and grace, building confidence in your body's capabilities.

BREATH & ICE

Breathe & Ice is a transformative class that combines the power of breath work and the invigorating benefits of ice therapy. In this class, you will learn to harness the power of your breath to calm your mind and connect with your body. With a guided breath work session, you will improve your lung capacity and strengthen your respiratory muscles.

After the breath work session, you will experience a guided ice bath that will invigorate your body and mind. The ice bath will help reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost your immune system. The combination of breath work and ice therapy will leave you feeling energized, centered, and revitalized.
